TERRASZA MADRID 2024 @Madrid Design Festival
In the current climate emergency in which we find ourselves, the TERRASZA platform presents on 24 February, under the title "Intermediate Ecologies", a set of four conversations with different creatives who focus their objectives on being able to offer material, social and strategic solutions from their creative activity.
Social actions, recycling models, new contacts with the environment and different design processes drive every day the work of the groups of creatives who will present their novelties as part of the Festival Off of Madrid Design Festival 24 and under the patronage of Madrid City Council.
The programme is organised into two sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, moderated by TERRASZA's scientific director, Juan Cabello Arribas.
The following topics will be addressed within the Paisaje Doméstico installations in the city of Madrid.
PROGRAMME:
HANDS TO WORK11:30-13:30: morning session
- 11:30-12:00: presentation of the project "Recycling with your hands" with Ángela Méndez, creative director of Estudio Estéreo in Madrid.
- 12:00-12:20: Coffee break
- 12:20-13:30: "Atmósferas de agua", a conversation with Belén Huidobro and Juan Aresti, directors of the creative workshop BuenaVentura in Madrid.
16:30 to 18:00: afternoon session
- 16:30-17:00: presentation of the project "4FATE.org" with Tristán Sartorius, founding member of the 4Fate platform.
- 17:00-17:20: Coffee break
- 17:20-18:30: "Designing from the middle", conversation with Fernando Pino, co-director of the creative studio ParedesPino in Madrid.
